9. Entire Agreement
   This agreement sets forth all terms relating to your access to and/or use of the Service. There are no conditions, representations or warranties (expressed or implied) that have not been incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

    MotorCity Casino reserves its right to vary this Agreement from time to time by posting modified terms hereon without notice to you.
